yeah I ordered 1....it's on the way....im excited....I haven't had one in 30 years....I dont even know what happened to my old one...only thing I remember about it was I got some crp wheels covers for it....and maybe a CRP heavy duty steering kit.......I don't even think I got front shocks for it back then which it needed very badly......psyched..
one of these, in xb trim, was a door prize @ the vonats.
the guy took it out of the box, fitted 2.2 wheels and tires to it and actually did pretty well with it in the classics a main.
arrived yesterday......dug deep in the parts vault...found some stuff....pulled out a you-g rear stabilizer for hornet....only to find out they changed the mould on the transmission .....the little tab coming off the transmission is gone.....used to go into the notch out hole in the chassis..now I have to engineer something ..........panda aluminum nerf bars worked like a charm....more hop-ups will be put on once I get past the rear stab. delima.

Yeah, I get that it is pretty hopeless. I think I'll try to wind some springs myself and see if I can make my younger son's GH2 (with CVAs) jump more like my older son's GH2BE. I'm content with the Hornet running the stock rears.
Amazon has the Lunch Box Black Edition for $116, bought it. Not sure why these are so inexpensive.
