Re: TCP box art motor???.
There is an "above" veiw of the buggy with the body off on one of the box panels but I can't find a decent pic of the box anywhere. There was a NIP TCP on ebay with all kindsa box pics but the sale recently ended and I can't find it to look at the box pics.

You would have to ask Asa himself. The auction itself did not show those pictures very well either.

Re: TCP box art motor???.
Found a pic that shows the portion of the box to which I was referring. There is no motor in the picture. Maybe somebody at Traxxas remembers........................................Ha! Is Magnum P.I. a member here? I guess we have narrowed it down to an electric motor.

Good luck Mr. G

Re: TCP box art motor???.
Yeah, I have the box. The only pic of the buggy with the motor installed is on the box lid. Bad angle, can't tell what it is. I do not have the manual, I was hoping it may have a pic of it in there.....
Looks like the brush hood heats sinks are rounded. Not flat like the older Yokomo/Reedy's. I've seen em before but can't remember the manufacturer. It's not a Wimpy, is it?

I have a motor with the same head, it's a Graupner 500 BB Race, I must make a pic of the head.
