Re: My RC10 Project
Wow dude you went all out pretty sweet.. I would have esc towards the rear just for body fit an shorter motor wires...

Body
I have all of the parts needed to attempt a classic box art replica body (including vintage Tamiya driver and window netting)
However, it might be a while before I get the opportunity to paint it and put it all together
So for now I'm going to use a prepainted body I got off eBay
Fitting the body was a lot more of a PITA than I thought it would be
Now I know why so many people trim the edges of their chassis
Test fit of body
Parts
Team Associated Prepainted Protech Buggy Body - 6160 - eBay
Team Associated Aluminum Wing Mounts - 6193
Pargu Kyosho Scorpion Aluminum Wing - MS0084

Re: My RC10 Project
Do you find that the dhawk rear bulkhead stiffens up the rear end of the chassis? The nylon bulkhead allows some flex in the rear, so curious if the aluminum bulkhead solves that.

Re: My RC10 Project
Since this is the first and only RC10 I've ever built, I am unable to provide a definitive answer to your question at this time
The DHawk rear bulkhead is certainly much stiffer and stronger than the one supplied in the kit
However, I don't know how much of a difference in rear chassis flex it makes and whether or not it would noticeable from behind the transmitter
