RC10 b3 project.
Hello, I am a new member on this forum and write from Spain. I have several RC cars and i love old school offroad racing cars. 90's decade cars are my favorite. Associated cars is my favorite. I runed several races in 90's with a rc10 b2 and then b3 car. I Sold this cars and never have other. I have good memories of this car, but never had other since i selled it.
Recently i found one B3 and bought it (no bad for 8 USD). This is my start point:
I have some spare parts and almost locate all needed parts.

Re: RC10 b3 project.
Welcome aboard.
Wow, this is going to be an awesome build. Can't wait to see this one come together.
I have both B2 and B3 and I absolutely love how those car drive. I didn't think anything would top the original RC10 but with the subsequent versions, you can really tell the AE guys did their homework. The second generation cars are a dream to drive imho.

Re: RC10 b3 project.
Rc10 b2 with some b3 parts ( no full conversion ) was the car that i use in my last competition years. I remember use losi hydradrive in this car. Very help in my race time. Spanish tracks used to be very bumpy and loose, and hydradrive was a great help.
This car will be my new backyard runner.

Re: RC10 b3 project.
Hi, thank you for follow my build. My first RC10 was a B2 car that sustituted a tamiya madcap that i used to race in local club races. B2 was my first real race car and let me enter in more competitive races (regional races and some Spanish Championship races). When i bought my b2, i choosed betwen a losi xx and a b2. At this time I had the posibity of see and try both and choosed b2.XLR8 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 2018 4:04 pm Welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard Juan and nice project indeed. Should be easy to find all the missing parts.
Nice avatar too The picture was taken by a good friend of mine in a photo studio and it's depicting a car I bought from Masami and which is still in my possession.

Hello,
I worked a little last night.
Diff Rebuild. I reuse all rings and balls. looks like new.
B4 Shaft. I will use B4 slipper. Thinking on VST upgrade.
Gear Case:
B4 CVD and B4 Rear hubs.
Front view and B4 FT shocks.
