I have a charger and two more NiMh batteries to throw into the mix. I cycled (CHG->DCHG) both batteries five times last night and they hold a charge. Each are only 1800mAh but should be perfect for bashing. I do have some brand new larger LiPo stick packs (5000mAh) but I'll defer to you guys if you think giving him LiPos is a good idea or not.

Just shoot me a PM and I'll get the stuff out. Also let me know what else might be needed and I can throw it into the goodie bag

This is so awesome! Very proud to be a part of it 8)

This is going to be a very large and heavy box to ship to this kid... We may need to "pass the hat around" for the shipping costs in the end, so orangemazda doesn't get stuck paying it on his own. I'd be glad to chip in a few bucks toward shipping when the time comes.

Honestly if some one has a better tub they could spare , this tub's best days are well behind . Unless orange Mazda can straighten the motor mount / trans area out .

When the time comes for shipping, I'll PayPal a few bucks to help with shipping cost.

Thanks to all that is helping with this . I know this will make that kids year !

That charger will be perfect! I think we’ll stick with NiMH for now since so far we have 2 NiMH batteries. And the futaba speed control I have doesn’t have lipo voltage cut off.

Thanks! I’ll message you yo address.

I think the last main item we need is a body. A nice used one would be good. A new one would be even cooler, however, my painting skills are not amazing.

Just wondering if I could get Scr8p to paint ME a body, if I mounted a servo with some long wood screws in a thin aluminum plate
Thumbs up

I'm wondering Jason, would there be a way to put everyone who contributed to this's screen name on the body in a tasteful way? Would almost be like we all signed it for him.
