Thanks for the reply... Seems to be a common theme.

On another note, your stuff on TLR's FB page yesterday was deserving and awesome!

Jcwrks - Thanks for the picture. Those look very nice. Similar to the units I have. I am still unsure what to use for mounting the wing. Since I am waiting on the body to be painted, it's not a rush, lol.

I am excited to have found this Jammin servo/chassis brace. It's such a cool looking part by one of my very favorite companies (and people - Jay Halsey). Using it did require that I switch to the original steering arms, but I actually think they look better in this case.

Currently getting this body ready. I am going back and forth on whether it's a good fit for this buggy.

Looks fantastic! Personally, I think all those colors go well with black. Great. All around, just great.
Hope you're doin' something fun.

^ Thanks all! I really love the paint. Pictures don't do it justice.

I changed out the rear shock tower to a customized stock tower. I cut down the corners to fit. I wanted the rear shocks to sit a little higher than they were. I think it's a better fit now.

Love the build - really cool!

On the servo mount, do you have to drill holes in the chassis?

Thanks limestang

^ Limestang - You are supposed to drill 2 holes but I didn't. It would be a shame to drill a mint CC chassis.

It's a floating servo mount that was way ahead of its time!

Looks great

Small update to this build. I added this MIP carbon fiber steering rack. I have never opened this package before now, and just read the installation instructions. I was surprised to see that they recommended installing the stock steering arms upside down. I didn't do this but I think I will try it on another build.

I also cut down the wing wire a little so the wing sits lower.

I think I will be changing out the rear tower yet again to a un-cut stock unit. I had cut this tower for a lower profile look, but I think I prefer the look when there is tower visible outside of the body. Any thoughts?
