I'm jumping in here late but leo moracclio is awesome. (Frog leap studios).
Agreed I've not really been a metal head for 20 years or so but its good to remember the 'old days' for me. I've been listening to a bunch of his stuff lately. Some are kind of 'meh...but most are great.
One I've been blasting when home alone...
I've got to listen to him first before watching his videos though cuz some of his videos can't be...unseen...kinda like video is killing the radio star type of thing...
Peace and professionlism.....Kabunga signing off!!!
Friday night jam session with the ol' lady and she was down with this until the vocals, and then looked at me and said "Seriously??" I said "That's the best part!"

So that explains something I've wondered about for a long time...... on the Pink Floyd album "Ummagumma", there's a track named "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving With a Pict".... now I've met the Pict!
Great, weird track, Thumbs!

Osiris is the key.
"The world looks so much better through beer goggles... except Farmer in his underwear" - Ken
Look out for Todd K. - he's a convicted serial killer!!!
Todd, I won't lie, I like pop music from the 50's thru today, but man the Auto-Tune is just killing it for me in some of the new stuff. I don't mean that song specifically, nor do I claim to know what I'm talking about! As for chick singers, I've been on a bit of a Cranberries revival lately. There are a million covers of this, including a killer version by a metal band I can't think of the name of. The original is still the best though. They're both hot!
edit: Bad Wolves is the band...

But when I want to be put in a good mood (you know, so I can face going into the office ), I put on the album Yes by Morphine. Great sounds, and get you in a really good mood.
This is the opening track...
It can't all be Primus

She was supposed to be involved in the Bad Wolves version but passed away before it happened.

The Impression That I Get - Might Mighty Bosstones
That is actually in my top 20 albums of all time. I'm not sure if it is because I love the music so much as I was having such a great time in my life when it came out and I bought it.
I have had this song lodged in my brain for days... SpongeBob Earworm for sure this week!

I'm not sure if Bloodhound Gang is even a thing anymore, but this crossed my mind as my wife turned her back on me this evening... and yesterday evening... and the evening before that. Ok look, the point is, It's a fun video! Can we just turn the attention away from my love-life please??! Geez!

There used to be the live version of this, but she pulled it and went thru the trouble to record a studio version and play it over the live version. The live version was even cringier than this if you can believe it. I apologize in advance......
