Jrx pro and Hydra-drive

Post by MarkyDents »

Ok so in a couple days I’ll be picking up a beautiful box stock all original Jrx pro. I’d very much like to get and install a HD on it. Would the part numbers in this scan be the correct ones for it ?

Yes. There is the Hydra drive unit, the Losi slipper unit, which together comprise the Hydra Drive Traction Control Unit. Not sure if the stock Jrx Pro topshaft accepts the whole shootin' match or just the slipper and an updated shaft was released in conjunction with the hydra? I just know it's a really long shaft.....all them goodies stacked on it.
Hope you're doin' something fun.

I'm fairly certain that the LRM trans with a slipper shaft will work with the Hydra-Drive. If you have the XX Retrofit transmission with slipper, it will definitely fit. Best of luck!

Thanks for the responses, so far from what I’ve come up with the Jrx pro requires both the complete slipper with the new longer top shaft and a complete Hydra.

Well after it taking quite some time I finally managed to pick up both the slipper assembly and complete HD NIP and get them installed. 8)

Bought off of a friend of a friend, whom consequently helped me get and install the slipper and Hydra drive……
Sorry I told everyone too
