Kind of surprised I didn't have a thread for this.
I got this truck a few years ago. Pretty solid. Even had Lunsford turnbuckles. But, no trans. Thankfully, i bought a b2/b3 lot shortly after getting the T3 and ended up with trans for it. I tore it all down, cleaned everything and reassemble the truck. I still have to make a battery strap.
The vintage races at the "local" track will be starting soon so I need to get it ready. I still need to get electrics installed, but I also needed to paint a body. I got the body done today. Went with the mid 90's Saxton layout.
That's all for now. I'll update when it's ready to go.

Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.

Re: RC10 T3 Build
Very Nice!
There is a guy on eBay that sells T3 battery straps with a slot down the middle and a small brace that screws into the slot - this way you can move the battery around, even put a shorty all the way to the front, without modifying anything else.
I have one at home - can send a picture later if you want?
