Re: Blind bearing removal
Maybe put a tiny L bend in a real tiny flat head screwdriver?? Hard to tell if there is any chance it could fit in there to pry it out without damaging anything.

Re: Blind bearing removal
I would insert the shaft that goes in it, or one of similar diameter, and rock the shaft left/right forward/back to try and walk the small bearing out. I don't know how brittle the gear case is so don't get too extreme with the side to side shaft rocking.
For the larger bearing, I would flip the case over, use a small screwdriver to catch the edge of the bearing, and tap it in several locations to push it out.

If all else fails, just grab the ol' persuader.

Re: Blind bearing removal
I do what frankentruck recommend, just a little wiggle and they will usually pop right out.
If you are feeling adventurous you could do what we do for pilot bearings on a transmission, pack the center hole of the bearing full of grease and insert a 5mm shaft, the grease will hydraulically force the bearing out. It's messy but it works.

Re: Blind bearing removal
Lots of results about bread when you Google this issue haha.
The non-fully blind bearing gave me the most trouble. I think dirt got in and jammed it tighter.
Here is what I was able to make work:
