Yeah, that is a bit strange! Seems like RPM is somewhat "vintage" friendly, I wonder what the retail was on that part before?

Maybe I'll just drive down there and pay/pick-up. It's not that far from my house. Maybe a group buy? If someone can coordinate, I would be happy to be the UPS guy.

I just received another e-mail from the RPM answer man confirming just that! :D

Dear Mr. Aaron Evans,
It is your choice but you can also send a money order if you prefer. Just be sure to make it out to the owner of RPM - Mr. Richard Royall, not to RPM directly. That will work too.

Group buy sounds like a good idea.

I wonder if they are re-manufacturing them, or if it is old stock.

I would bet cash that it is old stock- he's to busy making danglers to make topshafts :lol:
