as far as I can measure from an assembled blue eagle and a bulkhead, the holes are a little wider on the blue eagle tower, so you'd have to slot the holes. If you can slightly notch out the plastic on the bottom edge, you can probably drill to pick up the lower holes also.

I took a little closer look and it also appears that the tower is longer at the bottom, so you'd have to trim it up some to make it work as well. Maybe add your own holes located somewhere in a sturdy spot in the bulkhead.
