Its really thick. It will stay. On my first attempt I bent it too far so I flipped it over on a table and put all my weight on it and it didnt budge.

Chassis finished. I am going to mock it up before I decide on how I am going to finish it. I am leaning toward anodizing so that the mill work shows through.

I will be installing an LRM tranny. This build is screaming for a XX but..........I have three LRM's and no XX trannys so the decision is easy. Luckily for me one LRM seems to have seen only light use and the motor plate is pretty mint.

I used to cut the back off my chassis but leave the hole to attach the motor plate to save weight BITD. A little bit of "cheese grater syndrome" I guess.

I traced an old chassis to get the shape for this one.

Great looking chassis, I know someone interested if you end up making another :) Different machining of course, yours is one of a kind.

If I make more you'll be the first to know. 8)

I was looking at the shock tower and front hubs.......and behold. One of the doner cars had the Jammin steering enhancement kit........I think. The hubs are right and the shock tower is thicker than stock and it has only 2 camber link locations to the stock three.
