exactly the way I cook 'em. my sauce is simple, whole bottle of tabasco & 1/2 stick unsalted butter. fry 'em, soak 'em, roast 'em.
Damn, now I want some hot wings. Thumbs, quick way to satisfy the wife, make your hot sauce and a 2nd tub with some honey bbq, wife get the sweet sticky ones while I burn my face off. Sometime I pull a 3rd bowl out and make some teriyaki wings too. Both my boys kill any style of wing I put out there. The 9 y/o usually migrates to the bbq with the wife while me and the 16 y/o end up killing the hot ones.
I was gonna do tri tip sandwiches tomorrow for dinner, maybe we need s side of wings to go with 'em.
On topic...hottest sauce I every tried was Dave's Insanity sauce. It was disgusting, flavor was horrid and by far the hottest thing I have ever attempted to eat.
I will find some of the 2nd degree chips for the older boy, he eats the hot cheetos and chesters fries all the time.
