No need to place orders, shapeways will take a month to make your parts and while that's happening you can order your other goodies and I'll make some towers. Should be easy once the mock ups are finalized.

You guys will be the first to know when we make everything available

The parts list will probably look something like this (assuming you have a complete RC10 roller with Stealth trans):

From CPD (that's me on Shapeways)
Stealth 2-gear front transmission case
Custom caster blocks
Rear Bulkhead
Front belt tensioner
Rear Transmission case (maybe)

From GoMachV
Front tower
Rear tower
Low profile steering link

AE Parts (beyond donor car)
Extra Stealth diff and idler, and bearings
B44 Steering blocks
B44 front CVAs
B44 front wheels
Un-cut nose plate (must be used in "long" position)

Other misc parts (sources TBD)
Pulleys (2)
Belt
Input/output shafts (2)
Bearings for belt idlers/tensioners
misc screws

Can't use rc10 fronts. The suspension is way too wide, and the adapters make it a small hex that isn't the normal 12mm. You can obviously change axles and run 12mm hubs but it will be wide.... Very wide.

if it helps. since the b44.3 associated offers a 12mm front hex now for the 44 family of cars. just replaces the 10mm one. so they will match like other companies using 12mm. (since i think the 44.3 comes stock with the 12mm up front now.

from what i read. ROAR is making it to where all manufactures are to have same offset and all use 12mm hex all the way around. within a year or 2 i think. so any manufacture tire would fit any car. less aftermarket wheels cluttering up shop walls.

Not a big deal, but I designed an offset front body post that will let you maintain the original body hole location when running the front end in the long wheelbase setting to run this kit. That way if you are converting a car with an existing body you have you won't need to replace the body or put an extra hole in it. 8)

The new front caster blocks should be delivered today, I'll try to get some pics of them up tonight

The caster blocks came in, they fit great!

We may need to also make custom steering blocks as there is some interference between the steering and camber links at full lock. Nothing we can't design around.
I'll be sending a pair of these to Jeff for him to see how the geometry is with the bones and outdrives. Stay tuned :P

Steering problem solved thanks to a great suggestion from Joey. He suggested i mount the ball studs vertically. There's not quite enough space do do that and keep them at the current height, but it got my wheels turning... i machined .1" off the ball stud boss and now it almost clears. I'll just relocate the boss forward by about .150" or so.
Here's the machined mockup. Another .050" forward and there would be oodles of clearance.
