First order of business now that it is open, is to fix the thing that drives me crazy about every original JRX2 box I see, the cheap thin caved-in cardboard top. Cut a piece of blank cardboard the exact size of the inside of the box top and stuffed it in there. Much better. Pics are before during and after.

Skipping ahead to the chassis plate for Charlie.
Found a use for the shrink wrap, I used it to cushion the chassis plate.
