Hopefully you can get a good reliable contractor. I found the hardest part was keeping them at my house. They'd work for a couple days and then go to another job for a few days. I understand they are busy, but it was a little ridiculous. You have to really stay on them to keep them at your place. I'd have them checking in with you every other day to give you a progress report. In the 3.5 months I was out of my house it was basically 2 solid weeks of work that was done...slotcarrod wrote:I just hope the building restoration is faster than normal.
