Andy's Composite Craft build.

A JRX2 converted to an oval tuck? :?

All the suspension parts are Andy's, the transmission is BRP.

Yeah, I didn't really see anything Losi either, except for the tires, but I knew it wasn't RC10. I didn't know Andy's made a complete truck. When was this? Did they make buggies too?

what you have there is a composite craft rc10 3x3 saddle chassis, w/ a 7th cell added, and the kickup modified to accept a narrow front bulkhead. which would be an andy's pro race front end. the shock towers and lower front shock mounts i would say are hand made, but i could be wrong. same goes for that chassis stiffener.

I looked at the tranny holes before, and for some reason they didn't look right, but I just looked at them again, and it is a six gear. Guess that should have been obvious.

What was this front end originally for? And the rear is just standard Andy's stuff?

What the heck should I do with this thing, build it back into a buggy? Is that what it's supposed to be?

it's not a 6 gear trans. it's a brp.

the front end (bulkhead, front arms) were designed for the andy's pro race chassis. it's pretty much the same thing as the rpm worlds front end. narrow bulkhead, longer arms.

it's supposed to be whatever your little heart desires. build it any way you want. i guess the previous owner wanted an oval truck, so that's what he built. change the shocks, shock towers, tires and wheels, and you'll have yourself a buggy. for the front shock tower, you'll need either the andy's pro race, rpm worlds, or 10t/gt/t2 tower. any one one of them will fit on that bulkhead.

if i had money, i'd tell you to sell it to me.

I think I might have sold the BRP tranny. Either way I am not putting it in this car, so I am going to put a six gear in it.

Maybe this should be moved to the RC10 buggy forum.
