A couple of years ago Woober Goober was good enough to lend me his saddle chassis plate for the AYK Boost/Radiant 4WD buggies. I then took the chassis to an engineer who struck up a deal with me to have all the plate work drawn up on C.A.D. It cost me 2 days of labour helping him with a renovation (Im a Carpenter) but in the end I came away with all the shock towers, chassis side plates and the lower saddle pack chassis drawn up on a file I could then use to cut some platework from.
Around 6 months later my good friend Antony in Melbourne (owns an engineering firm) helped me cut the files from fibreglass sheet. The pics below demonstrate the process,

Woober also made a tracing of the chassis and supplied lots of measurements to help me along. Obviously I had the file altered from the 7 cell configuration back to a 6 cell.
