so essentially was doing some new holes for a stealth on my graphite chassis and my dremel decided to lose its center and go all wobly and the chassis suffered. I guess I'd be trying out how to fill the gaps back up some so the screws are better...
when i got my ebay beater a couple weeks ago, it has a composite craft nose plate mounted to the bottom of the chassis to support the cracked main chassis. skip ahead to 2 days ago. i won an auction with 2 chassis on ebay. both trailing arm chassis....

on thing you can do is to lay the chassis belly up, with two flat supports at the front and back, so the middle of the chassis is off the ground. say 1/8 or something, then apply weight so it bends beyond flat, then let it spring back. experiment...
