Yokomo universal driveshaft's part # versus model?

Guys I have a selection of uni's for the YZ series of 4WD buggies and and wondering what part number belogs to what model?
Anyone have a list of some sort?

Also can anyone tell me which shafts suit the 91 model?

ZC-421 = Front and rear 870C
ZC-421S = Hardened front & rear 870C
ZC-422 = Front long universal (wide front end kit for 870C
ZC-422A = Rear 91/93 works, YZ10
ZC-423 = Front YZ10
ZC-423S = Hardened Special Front YZ10
ZD-422 = Rear (hard) YZ10
ZD-423 = Front (hard) YZ10

th last letter usually indicates some variation; in material or something similar... maybe 'S'trong? or 'S'teel?

usually H stands for Hard(ened), and S for Super Hard

Argh! I thought the 91/93 universals were same size front and rear, if this isn't the case then one of my upcoming projects has just taken a turn for the worse :cry:

:?: they are the same size for 91/93, what's the difference between the ZC-422A & ZC-423?

The location for the set screw on the axle is different I believe.

The Hot Dog is a Short wheel base works 93...Isn't it?


ZC-422A = rear 91/93 works, YZ10
ZC-423 = front 91/93 works, yz10

Same as ZC-421, but the hardened version.

ZC-422A also has a hardened version in ZD-422.

ZC-423 has it's version in ZD-423 as well as an earlier hardened part # in ZC-423S

So the all driveshafts sold for the YZ10 (works 94) were of the 'hard' variety?
