I bought that same tire not too long ago. Looks good. I can't speak about performance since I haven't ran them yet. Fit was excellent though.

Went with softer compound jconcepts rips but car will push

I got myself a set of See's for my old/new runner. I'm probably going to run losi step pins on the rear, simply because they are modern tires and can be replaced easily and they work well. I want to run something a bit more rare on the front since...

I'm restoring a early B2. Did the B2 front tires that came with the kit come with blank sidewall pro line tires? The correct front wheel size is 2.125 ? Thanks!

This is what Niki told me when I asked him about B2 wheels:

You can use ASC9480 or ASC9481 front wheels on NIX91 and B2 if you find those somewhere. Wheel axle ASC6220 should be used on NIX91 and B2.

While looking at the pieces of my Kyosho 2014 Beetle, I noticed that the front wheels used 8mm od bearings. Seeing that 8mm is nearly identical to 5/16, I put some old 5/16 X 3/16 bearings in and put them on a RC10 axle.

Doing a little research revealed that the Turbo Scorpion uses the same steering assembly and 8mm od bearings as well. It also appears that it uses a 12mm hex rear wheel.

So, this may turn out to be another 2.2 wheel option.

I have a set of fronts I found that look just like the typical Sand Super rib tire included with the Scorpion cars, but the logo is Bridgestone, and a small Kyosho in a box. No numbers at all. I will post a pic later...any ideas what this is? Does...

The early Scorpion had 6 grooves, sharper around the edges and GoodYear on the sidewalls.
The two nearest to the right has GoodYear on the sidewall, the one to the left has SandSuper.
