Cougar 2 alloy chassis help

Hi all
Picked this up on the cheap and want to restore it.......question is the chassis looks like its faded, so what can i use to bring back to nice red colour......

It looks like anodized aluminum, so there's no way to "bring back" the faded color, but you can clean it up at least. You could have it re-anodized but you'd first want to strip off all the existing red anodize...not sure you want to go that route.

And if you re-anodize it you'll need to REALLY work over those scratches in the back. It's not like a powder coat that hides things. Think of anodizing as a clear coat. You'll see everything when it's done.
