Besides ebay, is there any place you can get tires for the original RC10 wheels? They don't have to be the exact same (although that would be nice).

On a whim did a google search and found this:

Anyone know if this would work?

What about other vintage cars like the Tamiya Grasshopper, Hotshot etc?

Would these work for the front 1.9" wheels? Looks like they would

Just playing devil's advocate here. You seem to be spending a lot of time on this. Why not go to newer rims and more widely available tires? This is the route a lot of people go because there are no easy/cheap solutions for the stock rims.

Re: Are there any tire options out there for the OEM wheels?
I actually have new JC Racing wheels on the way from the UK but I have all these old wheels that are just sitting there that I thought could be useful if I could find tires. I just hate to waste anything! Know what I mean?

Re: Are there any tire options out there for the OEM wheels?
So I just measured my original wheels and the rears are 1.9" and front 2.0". That means for sure there are tires in this size, I've seen them on the Tower site. Like this:

The fronts are exactly 2 1/8" so these should work:
