Guys, I have an RC10B2 that I bought right when they came out. It came with 2.15" rear wheels (which are still on it). The Associated PN in my book is 9490, I recently picked up a new set of 9490 wheels and they are a little larger (2.2"), like my B3's. Did Associated update the wheel size and keep the same PN or am i crazy? If so, any idea when this changed? I'm building another B2 from NIP parts and want it all correct to the first version released. Thanks for the help!
JC Racing are now offering their rear 2.2 YZ10/870C wheels as a pair, so if your looking for a set for your RC10 you no longer need to buy unwanted fronts to get the rears 👍
I have been lurking on here reading up on how to get my CE gold tub (I wanna say 6011 because of the bushings) driving again. It is in pristine condition considering that the only reason it was not run when I was young is because my brother botched...

Got some pictures of the wheels an how they fit using the drilled out SC10 hex adapters and the mini e-revo wheels
Since Tower is not able to supply B2/B3 rear wheels any more (discontinuted) is there an alternative we can use for racing? I had a look at the Thunder Tiger Phoenix BX wheels because TTR stated that this buggy is based on the AE B3 but it...

I tried fit the rims on the CVDs i have, and they appear a tad small. I think a simple pass of the 3/16 drillbit should take care of it.

I'm just playing around with the Idea but I'm considering trying to run a set of alloy rear wheels on the front wheels. I'm not trying to do a 4wd kit but could be open to the idea. Id like the car to be drive able after done.

Hey guys. I'm looking for ideas on any tires that might fit the original RC10 1.6 rear wheels. I've heard people have used Tamiya Hornet tires or Sand Scorcher tires. Are there any other ones out there? Seems like all the re-release stuff has dried...

There are some JConcepts for the classic 1.7 rear wheels.
Maybe not the old school style but probably a better all round tire for traction.
Any real world experience would be appreciated. Thanks.

The CW rims will work on a DS, just need a .200 spacer after the drive pins-
Thanks Reg, I just need to sand off 0.025 from each of the CW spacers and double them up. I am going to give that a try and update when I know something. Thanks for all...
