Guy sent me this pic of a buggy he has, box says Lazer, can't find any info.
Anybody have one? Have any info 4 wd etc...
He can't send bigger pics, doesn't know how.

Minicraft (Academy) Lazer, sold through great planes by Tower Hobbies back in the day. 1990ish, hornet copy, pretty much compatible. You don't see many of them. I think it has a few extras like a sway bar but nothing too dramatic.

Thanks for the reply, he swore it was a Kyosho, couldn't tell what name is on the box.

Nice find :D Ampro Engineering on YouTube did an episode on these , probably the best equipped Hopper out there , there was a ton of clones of them in the 80s , even Traxxas made one called the Cat but theirs cannot have been a clone as Traxxas...

This car got advertised for a reasonable price on social media and i snatched it up.

Has been upgraded in Its life, hoping someone can enlighten me on which company did alloy upgrades.

Finally got around to putting the blue Lazer arms to use.
It´s one big mash-up of parts from the Lazer line.
GS rod ends in blue and a pair of blue alloy porn uj´s

I just got this off of eBay to race in 4wd along with my xx4. However I'm not really a kyosho guy, was this worth the $46 I paid for it?

I got a good deal on zx5! Not as good as yours, but good. Local sale, and has a ton of plastic spare parts,, and a ton of worn and broken diff and trans parts. Needs complete rebuild, but shouldnt have to buy anything to make it mint. I went ahead...

hi Guys, just about finished my latest Kyosho buggy project, I'm getting this ready for a vintage Enduro run in November, need to give it a few test runs before I can give it the ok, the Enduro race goes for 4 hours (2 cars / drivers per team) so...
