Some love for the B2!

Post by AndrewSi »

Picked up this B2 about 6-7 months ago and well I can never leave anything alone so now it's outfitted with carbon fiber! Have to find an era correct motor and receiver for it.

Wasn't the B2 like the worst RC10 ever?

b3 was subtle enough changes that it really wasn't just a 2 yr run. before they were doing the rc10bx.x thing, they just updated the 'whole' number. nowadays it probably would have gone rc10b2 to rc10b2.1

BTW, excellent build. I have a similar build in a box, just short chassis.

Well, crap - they only made the original RC10 in numerous variations for 10 years and didn't see fit for a model number change.

yea, i know! :D

It might have been the "worst" and short lived buggy from AE, but I think that's why I like it.

If you can get one could you post a better shot of the paint job?

It's nothing fancy. Just the body it came with when I got it. It will get replaced if I ever run across a new body; if that ever happens.

Two color paint job: black and iridescent purple/blue. Sticker on the windshield is a holographic eyeball.

I think it was just a matter of cutting teeth. I was the first on a totally new design veering from the alum tub. They did see changes they needed to make and decided to go to the B3. As scr8p stated it could have been the B2CE. I would have loved to have seen the T2 chassis used which is why I built one. :) Still love the B2 BTW, nice looking car.

Thanks. From the first shot I thought it looked like fresh paint. I like the colors and pattern.
