Very nice! I'd also go black on the bulkhead and tranny case.

Re: 10T RC Carbon Works Chassis
that's really cool
For those of you guys who use (longitudinal) battery retaining systems, how do you fit them under the bulkhead with a battery in? LP shorties?

Re: 10T RC Carbon Works Chassis
I cut out the bottom piece of the bulkhead in order to fit the lipo. You can also get a re-release RC10 bulkhead, which has the bottom plastic piece removed to allow for more space. With a shorty pac, you can put a sponge spacer in and then use a t-bar style hold down
You can see the updated bulkhead here.

And here is how to fit a shorty with some sponge spacers.

That's from this modern RC10T build.

Re: 10T RC Carbon Works Chassis
yep- thanks for this. My question was truly about the battery "bar" itself - it cannot fit under the bulhead when there's a lipo there, as opposed to the original worlds' bar which could as the edge of the 6x1 pack was rounder (it was a sub-c...), be it a re-re BH or notblk05wrx wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2017 3:26 pmI cut out the bottom piece of the bulkhead in order to fit the lipo. The pic of our very own scr8p's car, as he got his Andy Warhol moment, shows that the strap is actually cut - clear now

cheers
