Factory Team PC RAM

Was shopping around for some new RAM and saw this company's logo, just thought it was kind of interesting. Associated's logo for reference.

It seems common that company logos include an ellipse or some variant. The company I'm with since early '90's (US) had this and the company who bought us in 2001 (Australian) also incorporated an ellipse in their logo. The two examples you've shown are very similar.
