Anyone in this thread still around - I wonder if this guy on eBay is same guy or if same mould.

The wing looks similar to me (which isn’t a CR wing)

The 8042 body on eBay currently is from Chris Allec of A&L. We did the original bodies for some losi vehicles and this is a legit original mold still in use.

So,what's the deal with the XXL?
Was it ever sold as a kit,or a conversion kit,or was it a prototype?
I only have one photo of an XXL...Looks long and low.
I have enough NIP parts to build a couple more XX buggies,I just need to know a bit more...

Hey guys my guy is going to look and see what he can do for us on bodys so I need to send him the box art to the cars we want And he will look and see what he has. so I need the box art for the and what else you are looking for? I have the Jrx 2-...

Hi All,

As a follow up to the discussions on Junior 2/JRX Pro SE shell options, attached is my JRX Pro, built from parts to virtually SE spec - the eagle-eyed will spot the wrong wheels!

Anyway, the Losi #8042 XXL shell fits fantastically, just...

This may be a silly question, but was the XXL CR body actually longer than 8008 or Xcellerator, or was XXL just it's name? Depending on the answer to the first question - would the XXL body fit on a short chassis XX?

Hello everyone,

I have just picked a new in box Novak XXL Fm reciever.

My question is can I use my old Futaba Transmitter as it came with AM crystals.
Would Fm crystals transmit perfectly from this Transmitter ?

I don't have a set of 75. mhx....

you need an fm transmitter to work with an fm receiver.... then fm crystals come only after that!

Paul is correct, the XXL was FM only. IF you can locate a Novak Polaris receiver, you can use AM xtals with it. I THINK they are brand...

he makes Aluminum Bodys mostly all tamiya, but can & will do custom orders @ a reasnable price.
