Re: Help ID this? Rere or OG?
It's the most common one, an A stamp. They made more of this model than any other kit. Looks like it's in pretty good shape. Someone added truck body mounts. Sadly they drilled the chassis which is super common and reduces the value to collectors significantly
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

There is always going to be something wrong. The truck converted rc10's seem to sell for less than the buggies.Andybellus wrote: ↑Mon Jul 17, 2023 10:17 pm Thank you guys!!!

That truck does look great. It at least appears to be an excellent starting point for an RC10 6 gear. While there are some 'bonus' holes, The anodizing looks like it's in great shape.

How far off are the parts on this vs. what a OG box art car came with? Always wanted to build one of those and that was my thoughts on this one… seemed very clean to me local and under 200 but I’d want it to be fairly close to the OG to even start with it

The car on the box is a bit different than the car that came in the box. There are number of box art builds here to look at for inspiration. Once you paint the body and wing right it will look darn close. Some places sell these pre-painted The shock collars were never sold by associated.Andybellus wrote: ↑Tue Jul 18, 2023 1:17 am How far off are the parts on this vs. what a OG box art car came with? This basic look is much easier to obtain than a true box art car.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Here is mine, although it has a few small changes.
It uses a Protech body from Boki and MCI decals.
