Re: brushed motors/tunning
last season I saw 4 or 5 guys run team cars at least once
so far the oldest losi I have seen was a xxt. local fast guy Rod Rippee ran a team car in stock and set a track record for that class!

Re: Choosing an ESC these days ain't easy. Please advise me!
one thing to keep in mind is brushless motors can run a taller gear than brushed.
for example associated reccomended gear for a rc10t4 with a 19t brushed is 19/87
for a 13.5 it would be 25/87

Re: losi part ID
Thanks:)
I am using them to join slider axels to a 1/8 buggy raybon style. I am converting a 777 to a short course with shorter arms to match the traxxas 4x4 slash so far so good

Re: Help Picking Out New Electronics
I would post a ad in the wanted section you should be abel to pick up a nice brushed esc like a tekin g11, lrp quanum or novak gt7 for $25 or so.
also all the brushless sets posted above except the associated can run brushed or brushless.

Thanks
That is great news I can now ditch the kimbrough servo saver and be able to adjust the tension of the spring.

Re: Lap for lap show down!!! RC10 vs B4!!!
When I run my team car it is around 5 to 8 seconds off my b4 times over 5min race so they are very close. My fastest lap was acctualy turned by the old rc10 but it is just not as forgiving as the b4 you have to drive it more if that makes any sense

Re: RC10GT shocks fit RC10T
The t4 front threaded shocks are a nice upgrade 1.02 front the rear are 1.39 instead of 1.32 but still work I have a set on my rc10 with no problems just be sure you limit down travel a little. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXFDV0&P=Z http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/w...

I raced a rc10gt converted to electric at the ROAR region 8 race with no problems. They said as long as it passes tech it was good to go.
