That's too easyscr8p wrote:well, then he should just get 5x8 bearings. i thought there was a problem with the o.d. of the bearing being an odd size. a discussion like this came up awhile back.

robert was right about the kyosho bearing size (4x8). so just get some 5x8's and you should good.

Could be. You could get back at him by using Associated rims on a Kyoshoscr8p wrote:too easy would be to just use friggin' rc10 rims. i bet he has them in every color imex offered. but he needs to figure out away to use those kyosho rims on an rc10 just for spite.

LOL! I do! But I also have some RC10 rears that are unmatched sets, so I am trying to match them.
But I do like the spite idea!!!!

Re: RC10 Front Axle Options/Question
i'd have to own a kyosho to do that. i think we all know how soon that is gonna happen. it brings to mind one of my favorite songs from the band "Heart". guess what the title is?ROH73 wrote:Could be. You could get back at him by using Associated rims on a Kyosho.

but going along with what jwscab said, 8mm and 5/16" are very close. and i can almost remember a couple of my 2wd front proline rims saying fitment for rc10 and kyosho. so why don't you try some rc10 bearings in those imex wheels and see what happens.

Re: RC10 Front Axle Options/Question
Well, I just received a Schumacher Cougar 2000 with AE front axles, flanged SAE bearings, and IMEX Kyosho front rims. They seem to work fine

Re: RC10 Front Axle Options/Question
couldn't you just use the hpi bearing adapters in the kyosho wheels?
