Metal Wheels
Metal Wheels
Hi, i am looking for some metal wheels for my buggy as my plastic jelly bean ones are pringled. I have seen the Lohas ones, and Technacraft, but they are pretty dear, so does anyone know a some metal wheels that will fit? I,m running the standard axles.

Re: Metal Wheels
there are plenty of alloys out there but for the fact of alloy they are all pretty dear. Personally I have some T&A wheels I like the best but they seem to be hard to find any more and you'll pay just as much for a used set of those as you would a new set of Lohas wheels. Right now moneywise Lohas is the way to go. Just wish there weren't fitment issues with them.
Good luck

Re: Metal Wheels
JPS were another one of the ones that used to be plentiful. I think a set of NIP directionals just went off ebay unsold here last week for like $75(?) . The only thing about aluminum wheels is take a hard hit and they are full-on-tweaked rendering them useless...expensively. Or like in my cases before...3 wheel set that looks great...and one crappy bent one .

Re: Metal Wheels
I thought you only got nailed with customs charges when the seller lists the value over $10, customs value means nothing for lost/stolen/missing packages anyway-bigdavevw wrote:Cheers! yea only 4 more posts on here till i can join the buy sell section, only thing is i,m in the UK so i get bent over if i buy stuff over here. Re: Metal Wheels
You missed the point. If you buy something for $500, and the customs form says $10 the you pay no tariff. Further more if they go missing, that customs value declaration means nothing, the UK doesn't give you that.
