Simply awesome.
This, along with the RPM and Tekin conversions are about the only RC10 things that I've never wanted, however never owned.
Where were you able to find the conversion parts and Protoform body??

It's been a while since I started this project, but it's almost finished. These are the parts I recently added:
- Tecnacraft turnbuckles
- Cheetah Racing castor wedges
- Pure-Tech battery strap
- AE fiberglass antenna
- East Coast Modifieds motor
- New Wave 1700 SCRC cells
- Novak 410-HPc ESC
- Novak NER-3FM receiver
- Novak NES-1A servo

Thanks! Indeed they are. I just stripped off the outer heat shrink and bars, and cleaned up the flux with auto brake cleaner.

is there still positive caster? Maybe use some 30 degree c-hubs so you get a bit of negative caster.
I'd flip the upper front control rod balls to the front of the c-hub so it's on less of an angle.
