Wow, are those the same anacondas that cobalta70 posted a link for? Those look nice! I thought they would have been too big. Wish i would have went with those tires now lol. I had already ordered front tires from jc racing when i ordered my rims, so the front and rear tires dont match

Just looked at the links and yes, those are the same tires.

Guess now you know what you'll get when the next set of tires are needed :D

Do most of my driving on pavement and they work out pretty good.
Back at again because of a phone call..."Hey, how do you adjust those old Novaks?"
I have a RC channel on YouTube too...take a look at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuAS9eDBj_wSIyl4JakUIzA Thanks :)

I actually went ahead and picked up a set of those tires for my JC Racing wheels shortly after making that post. The fronts are perhaps a bit wide, but they mount up just fine. The rears fit perfect.

I have a set as well, but mine are mounted on alloys - they are so nice I'm loathe to run them though.

BTW, there seems to be a mistake on the Tower site for those anaconda tires. It lists both of them as 1.9's instead of 2.2's. The ones I picked up clearly stated 2.2 on both packages.

I ordered the RC10 Gold Pan Compatible wheels. I got them in less than 2 weeks. I had great service. And the product is excellent as well. Kudos to JC Racing in the UK. I live in Florida BTW.

I agree 100%

Great guys to deal with and the wheels are nice 8)

Cool to be able to walk into a hobby shop and buy tires off the rack again!

X3

Mine made it here (Ontario, Canada) in less than a week, and the wheels themselves are great. Now if they would just get the white ones back in stock... :)

Are the JC wheels plastic? I am wondering if Krylon plastic paint will hold.

doubtfully. There is too much flex in a wheel for it to hold paint too long. Opinion only of course but I would try to dye them before painting...

I remember someone saying that JC Racing wheels can't be dyed. Not even the white ones.

Thanks for the paint replies. OG, your thread prompted my question. Let me know how the paint holds.

I painted hubcaps for an old 1:1 Honda with Krylon gun metal plastic paint. It held up for years through car and pressure washes.
