240E Was never listed in any Kyosho catalogs etc. or at least I have not seen it on them and I have seen "a few" of Kyosho catalogs both Japanese and English. It would be nice to know even something about 240E winding, is it single double, triple or quad?
Never heard or seen this motor before, could it be some type of prototype motor from some 1:12 championship in the mid eighty’s? The E indicates endurance type of motor…

These 240Es appears every now and then. However E and 240 do not quite match
This is a airplane motor. It came mated to a gear box on the Kyosho Valencia glider. I also belive it was also sold as a power system (motor and gearbox)

Well done Urban Hype, I'm impressed! Next question, what is the wind?

I had one of these motors many years ago. I cannot remember what wind it had. Unfortunately I think you will be disappointed with its performance. These airplane motors seem to have different properties than the car motors. Even the lower turn motors seemed to perform like a silver can motor in a car.
Morning to all. First post here so I'll make it a useful one. I was lucky enough to obtain one of these motors recently too. The seller listed it as an 18 turn motor. I know for sure that it is a single wind of .90mm wire. I compared the armature to a 240s armature and they look about the same. At a guess I'd say it's a 19 turn motor. Most likely it's the same armature as the 240s to save time and money. It also has bushes instead of bearings. Chris.
