Re: Anybody got one of these? Love to see your pictures.
apparently a super long time, yours is looking good!
Mine hasn't changed much from the earlier pics, just one or two additions but I'll snap a few new pics over the weekend. One thing that kind of sucks is that even though the chassis was nip and looked perfect when I opened it. The anodizing started getting blotchy / faded in some areas for no reason

Thanks for the reply, I picked up some aluminun front and rear shock towers for the one pictured, and will try to add a more recent photo also.
Remember it's either a runner or a shelfer. Everything else is just parts.

It's been 6 months so how about that update?
Not much of a change but I did score a sweet You-G aluminum wing from my buddy Brian (rc10resto) that I mounted up. Hope you like it, maybe in another six months I'll get a body mounted

That SPA looks nice in there too. Anybody making aluminum wings these days? Re-pros or anything? Seems like there'd be a fair market for them if someone had the means to produce them. Nice models in here.

Wow these Sassys are fabulous. They always had a way of taking any vehicle to the next level. Great job guys.

SofaKing,
You want to work a trade with me for your Sassy build? Was thinking maybe you were tired of it by now and....you know maybe a deal in the near future maybe?

Re: Anybody got one of these? Love to see your pictures.
Just picked up a Sassy with a bunch of Bart's Parts attached to it today. Once I get some running gear on it I'll post some more pics....

Very cool looking set up, I know of one other person that has a Sassy sprint car chassis for a BBT conversion. It looks like yours has the same 10 degree kick up in the front.

Thanks! I appreciate the compliment. Although apparently I didn't hold true to my word, here it is over a year since that post and still no body mounted. It does however sit in a display case along side the living room for me to enjoy looking at.justinspeed79 wrote:This car is insane. Definitely one of my new favorites. Awesome build!
