Metalcast paint for tinted windows.
Decided to try and see how this paint might work for tinting windows. I used the orange I had works great haze dries to transparent hair dryer helps to speed the process, ran out of the blue. Some examples.
works great on lexan gear cover also.

Re: Metalcast paint for tinted windows.
That looks great, USA-1. How does Metalcast hold up to the Lexan flexing? Can you spray it on a test piece and give it some good bends to see if it stays on? I'd consider that technique myself (though not with red, haha!).

Thanks Coelacanth, It holds up well almost becomes part of the plastic I've flex the hell out of it and stuff paint. Here's one I did
in blue was already damaged but I ran out blue. You can buy this paint on Ebay in all colors.
By the way it's orange not red.
Unable to scrape with finger nail had to used exacto blade.

Looks good! I was considering painting the inside of the Lexan gear cover of my Optima Mid project, but was concerned that the paint would eventually flake off and end up in the gears.

Here's a close up you can cook the hell out of it with a hair dryer on high and any haze will clear up to transparent.

I had just enough left to do one in blue.
Added some color to my graphite.

I'm still not getting any paints listed? Could be the magical EBay search filters, but I've tried all usual permutations. Could you list an individual auction number?

Interesting, I'll have to check this paint out. I like the blue tint.
