That is one serious burger! Looks good. You can always pre-make a bunch for new years eve... so no need to be sad.
Just a few cold ones tonight for me, I had to work today. Not many saturdays that I work in a year, but I volunteered for this one. What was I thinking.
Ah well, a few extra hours and job well done and some UFC tonight. Sit here and tinker with a few builds and relax. Serious burger man!

They have a "Biggest Loser" contest at my company every January to see who can lose the most weight. I told them I'm going to be the "Biggest Winner" and gain the most. This Chipotle an Jack Cheese Smoked Sausage on a hoagie roll should help...

I'm in St Louis for work. The St Louis Auto Show. Unfortunately, this is about all I get to see of it. The hotel does have free beer though. And if you wink you at the bartender, you get 3. I told her I only had two hands. I said "Ironically, that's exactly how many boobs you have.". Just kidding I'm a happily married man...

Evansville now has two very high quality Micro-Breweries on top of the few restaurant's that have their own mediocre ones. I've been to Tin Man many times and love their IPA. After work last night we hit Carson's and I had their R.I.P.A. Very good. We toured the brewery too. It's a pretty cool place, but I still prefer Tin Man by just a bit.

This is what I'm having tonight. Been weeks since I've had a beer. It's tasting better than… anything right now.
