Thanks, I cannot wait to finish...um, his car :)

I ran the sister 'truck' last night :) nothing but smiles. I need to firm up the front shocks some, but overall awesome.

Build is stalled while I collect more parts. I hate starting something I dont have all the parts for. Got a set of hard annod shocks on there. Had a great idea to red up the shock plastics...idea was good...execution is poor. Kind of a pukey pink/maroon, far from red. Into black dye they will go.

Lot of progress while I have been quiet :) It will hit the track at LRH tomorrow night.

No inside shots until I clean up the wires some. I'll take some outside/sunlight shots tomorrow.

Looks great Joey. If you're going to race I'd suggest drilling a few large holes in the chassis to help save weight.

make sure they are all different sizes and locations so you don't get any resonances. better yet, use a hammer and chisel so the edges aren't uniform. all the fast guys are doin it.

Looks awesome, the paint is killer!

Debut for the buggy last night, with my son at the wheel. Did really well, he did manage to pull both rear shock eyelets/ends off and bust a rear arm. He was so dejected and down about it, I explained to him that is what happens with 20+ year old parts. So a fresh set of arms went on last night and we need to pick up some new shock eyelets/ends. Then it will be back to racing.

The truck was stupid fast as usual (10.5 in there), and qualified 3rd in a mixed field of vintage/modern. Had 2nd in the main until I scrubbed a pipe too hard and snapped a rear arm mount. Overall, very fun night.
