Prototypes arrived today, the real ones are being heat treated and anodized as we speak. No purple, sorry.

Just curious about how to order from Robinson Racing, will we need to contact them directly or would we go to one of their retailers.
I am waiting for the test fit before order parts ,but I was just curious about how to order the new parts, after using the part numbers and their search engine on their site....notthing came up as a result. I am guessing they are waiting for you to approve the protoypes before releasing for sale to the public. That aside, it seems that Robinson Racing traditionally sells to larger hobby stores (e.g. Horizon, Tower, Stormer....etc). Would we need to contact Robinson directly or contact one of their retailers to obtain the shafts/gears and pulleys? Thanks in advance.

I am working with Robinson now to see if I can handle the distribution. It's not a big enough market for the big shops to stock them, but if all goes well I can sell them and ship globally. Right now Robinson is USA sales only, payment by check or money order, and phone orders. None of which work for international

I've never been a fan of all metal gears but DAMN these are smooth!

Have a few little things to replace and wrap up (like powdercoating the engine mount). I've had the powdercoated chassis sitting around for ages and finally decided to put it to good use. Haven't decided on the wheels yet. Don't like the plastic MIP...

WOW!! I'm impressed. The MIP 4wd conversions where hard to get new!! I guess you guys never got rid of anything, huh?
I'm not entirely sure why I'm starting this project, but every once in a while a thought pops in my head and I finally decided to put it to paper...and g10. The kickup is Kydex for mockup, the rest is basically finished and usable. Bump steer is...

think its time for a jrx2 5 link mip 4-10 build!! :)
I had an anonymous member commission a build. He wanted the chassis anodized in a Hot Trick Red as well as a few other requests like the Lunsford titanium.
On this Ten4, I decided to use the cut noseplate in short wheelbase mode. This leaves the...

Wow, that's beautiful! Nice work Jeff!
You can build a Ten4 in either short or long gone WB, only a couple minor differences from one to the other. ;-)
Hi
After a long layoff, I'm working on my MIP 4WD conversion. So far I have both front and rear gearboxes and the cable installed. I had to bend the front chassis braces, and now it looks like I will need to add spacers to join them to the front...

Wow great pictures ! That car is very well done. I'll have to get back to work on mine. Thanks for posting these.
This has been in the works for about 2 years and at one time I had pictures of the original parts assembly but in the meantime I lost my external hard drive where I had stored the pictures so this is all I have to show.
The original SP-2 4wd kit...

This is my favorite RC10 build of all time. So many great details and rare pieces all put together perfectly. Just love it! Great work!
I've had these thoughts swimming around my head for a couple of years. I've always wanted to combine a MIP 4-10 kit with a fully hopped up Rough Rider SRB chassis. I needed to do some R&D with parts to see if my idea would work. So before I start...

Blue and gold works so well... and that transmission is so mythical, this should clearly end in a BotY kind of final competition when done!
I have decided that I am in the minority on staying era correct. I have decided to remain AE loyal however and will try to graft the B44 front knuckles and carriers to the stock wide clip. So far it's not too far off, just slightly narrow (maybe get...
