hi all,
im looking to replace the tired looking screws on my lazer zx-r, ideally with like for like replacements. did kyosho ever make a complete screw set for this car?
i remember yokomo making one for the dogfighters around at that time.

Re: lazer zx-r screws
RCScrewz.com sells vintage screw kits that are quite affordably-priced. Here's a product search for "kyosho lazer":

Re: lazer zx-r screws
If your looking for the stock appearing screws, I haven't seen factory oem screw sets for Kyosho at a decent price for years. The part number was LA-58. Team associated sells metric black oxide screws in many sizes and they are a great replacement at a better price. Also check Axial and Vaterra.
Re: lazer zx-r screws
Try the mini inferno screw set. They are not exact (heads are a tiny bit different) and not complete but you get a good amount. You can still get the fasteners from ebay by searching their size.

Re: lazer zx-r screws
Does it have to be original as i use stainless steel hex headed screws, much strong and dont wear out as much plus look much nicer and stronger

Re: lazer zx-r screws
Also if storing the car the kyosho screws start to rust so stainless steel is the best option.
