Where can I get CF or fibreglass sheets

I'd like to try fabricating some parts for a project. I'd like to puchase some carbon fibre or black fibreglass sheets without having to sell my house I don't know much about types qualities and such and the stuff I've seen on ebay can be quite pricey...

Anyone knows an affordable source to get this stuff?
