Poll is now up. Sorry for the delay. I was hoping to get it set up this morning before heading to the Vonats but ran out of time.

That was agony but in the end I love real race car livery's and that Gallop in the JPS Lotus colours is stunning , really feel terrible about only having one vote !

In another month you'd probably score highly but this month ... Well I'm glad I didn't enter anyway !

It's a crapshoot sometimes. Hard to know what is gonna catch people's eye.

9 times out of 10, for me, I'm gonna go with something fully outfitted with electrics as opposed to a roller. Unless the roller is way, way better than the best complete car.

I would generally agree with that scr8p, although I absolutely hate seeing modern electronics in vintage cars. I just cannot get past how they look when compared to the period-correct stuff. I totally love the TRX-1 posted up here :D

I have run the Coyote and a few other cars recently and admittedly went with modern electrics, albeit with brushed motors, and I think in future I will be sticking with old school.

Same goes for modern tyres for me. I ran 2 cars on Astro over the summer, and tried modern Blocks on one, and these vintage Schumacher minispikes on the Coyote, and both worked great, so in future I will be stockpiling the vintage minispikes whenever I see them come up for sale.

Some absolute crackers on show here though - tough month!

+2 , I'm a big fan of running cars , a bare chassis is very tidy but seeing a really tidy full install is better , I'm lousy at getting my wiring tidy so seeing it done well gives me a target to aim for .

I’m surprised too, I was debating between yours and the one I ended up voting for, maybe yours was everyone’s 2nd choice
