After some help to save my sanity. I found this Steel topshaft at home and cant work out what its for, The best guess i have is that its an aftermarket B4 top shaft ??? As its the same length also. However, it has a thicker shoulder up to the gear that doesnt fit the standard B4 bearings.
So, is it an after market B4 shaft like the MIP one, and if so did it use different bearings in the gearbox case for it ???
Many thanks in advance.

Re: B4 Top shaft
Probably something to do with the machined "spacer" instead of a bearing surface
