I guess the question now is do I continue with it or put it on the shelf as a cool piece and pick something "better", e
continue with it. Start picking up your AE parts before the flippers clean them out and you can put them in a box to be used someday

Thanks, not too much adjustment on these but this is what I ran. The steering rack is a standard Factory Works steering rack, all I did was shim it to eliminate bump steer. I didn't get a chance to try shorter links which may or may not have helped with the bumpy conditions.

How did you get the SRT steering to work with the Factory Works steering? My setup seems to have some flaws.

If you are using the SRT steering rack on our factory works SRT-r chassis set, the spacing between the holes is different to accommodate the rustler components. The rack bar included with the chassis set is different than a SRT. If you have pics I'm happy to help. Hard to tell what your working with and what your fighting

What Jeff said, the steering holes are further inboard on his chassis compared to the standard SRT, which I feel is beneficial to reduce bump steer.

A picture is worth a thousand words to see what your working with and what the problem might be.

I know the servo link to steering rack was tricky to get right on mine. I can take some pictures of that set up if you like.
