It's interesting that both pair look to be for the same standard size servo, not a standard size and a smaller servo like an S132.

His chassis the holes look like they are way closer to the center line of the chassis as well. Looks like mine has the antenna mount hole in the same spot.

It's hard to tell for sure how close to center the servo holes in his are since the servo blocks have the holes offset. They might line up well with one pair of holes in yours.

I was actually thinking about another run of those with the stealth trans being back now. They would be changed up from originals of course though.

When you find a "like new" Reedy RT1408 low profile servo with ProTek horn for 39% of new cost, you don't say no.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I got in a bunch of yellow zinc plated hardware for my RC150, which is cool and all, but really wanted to throw a shout out to the supplier. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/ Their fastener selection is EXTENSIVE, great prices, and everything I ordered was in stock and shipped the next day. As far as I could see there were no minimums, so you could go there and find a single $.17 screw, and order it. All parts individually packed, and numbered on the description tag was the exact quantity. They are in PA, so super quick shipping to the east coast.
All of the hardware below (ignore the dog awful McMaster threaded rod which is probably going back) was just under $15 + s&h. That is 70 fastener pieces for $14.52
EDIT: I should note, their inventory is mostly/all IP. Sorry about that.
Double edit. I will make this a two-for. I emailed McMaster about not liking the threaded rod at all, and their immediate response was for me to keep it and they would refund in full. I am assuming I am out the shipping, but either way, that is great customer service!!!

I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.

If I'd ever had a Speed Gems Pro Chromium back in the day, then I'd have to wonder how you got that motor from my collection. I used to do a lot of sweet solder jobs like that.
I've been on the hunt for a particular Schumacher motor. This wasn't the one I'm after but I couldn't pass it up.

You gonna put that in the pink Top Cat!?! Seems like the logical place to store it...Frankentruck wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 2:13 pmIf I'd ever had a Speed Gems Pro Chromium back in the day, then I'd have to wonder how you got that motor from my collection. The pink TC is definitely a thought I've been considering.1911Colt wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 4:37 pmYou gonna put that in the pink Top Cat!?!
