had this motor laying around and couldn't decide between this or the slot machine two but I think I will go with this one instead. not really sure what it is though.

A mod motor in that hornet is just silly. I'd stick with the slot machine. It will actually be fun with a decent stock motor but the reedy is a bit hot even if its a mild turn!

have come to the part where I need to put the rear diff together but it doesn't seem right and I don't have a picture of how to assemble it so does any body have a picture of the assembly of it??

figured out the tires all around with new proline front which I don't have a picture of yet and a set as a spare for the rear when im done on the sand and a set of unknown make sand tires for the rear when on the beach. also figured out all electronics going in car. switched to esc but kept msc in case I want to convert it back.

Don't run the mod with that futaba speed control. If you do, take extra fuses.

yeah I went back to the slot machine 2 motor after your advice. but I always carry extra fuses in my kit anyway

Finished the car finally. ended up changing it to a hornet because I like the look of them more. will post pictures if anyone is interested. I will be going to the beach next weekend to drive it.
