They're some good guys to have on the board!

Well, except for the mail man... He's probably not a member here.

I wanted to be mad at him since my mail did not show up until about 6pm, but after I saw what he brought me, I couldn't be mad!gomachv wrote:Dang, your mailman is good to you!
Aaron and Don are great guys and their help with the project is much appreciated!

I've been waiting two weeks for a goodies package. It's stuck up in warshington and hasn't changed status for a week.
Our government can't even figure out how to run the mail service properly after 238 years and now they wanna handle my health insurance.

Done, but I was waiting to post pics. I did it last night. I am working on some front tires right now!

Re: RC10 Factory Works MIP 93' Worlds Racer Restoration
I have installed the rear slipper/Mipet, cleaned the front wheels, and made the front tires from a set of rear Yokomo TR-39 tires. I am convinced that these MIP front wheels are correct as shown in the photos. The fit is perfect and I believe that it photographs very similar to the magazine pics. The front tires are not a perfect match, but I believe they are pretty darn close! When I hold the car up to the screen and compare it to the original photos, I think it is pretty spot on. I need to source some Novak 12G wire to re-wire the speedo before I can install it. Well, here it is as of today:

Great job on the car. Looks nothing like what it did when you got it, actually a respectable car now. I commend you on the research you did on the car. It would have been so easy to completely go the opposite direction and do your own thing without knowing what the car's history was.
